Why do we have to hit the search button upon going to this tab? too many key strokes required. Upon going to this tab or entering some filters, the list of applicants meeting requirements should refresh automatically

We require the Search on this page because we have customers with many applicants and automatically searching with each filter update impacts performance.
Before meeting with my dev team to reconsider this, I'd like to see how the rest of the Viewpoint community feels.
