In Onboarding Details split Rehire Employee entry into Rehire Company and Rehire Employee ID

In our company the same employee, with the same employee ID, can be hired or terminated between several business units (separate HR and PR companies is Vista). If the Rehire Employee entry blank was a tiered entry, we could enter the Rehire Company in blank 1, and that would limit the Rehire Employee ID returns available to select to that company in blank 2. This would eliminate the possibility of inadvertently Onboarding the correct Rehire Employee ID to the incorrect Rehire Company.
