Employee pay details are being shown underneath their name. This is problematic when foremen can see other employees' pay rate. Although it appears to only show their skill, union employees will know what the pay scale is and then the additional information, such as +5% or +$1, will cause issues between people not being paid the same. Sometimes foremen enter for foremen so they would be able to see a similar skill's wage. (see attachment)

Since we are pulling in the Vista PR Craft/Class descriptions, is it possible to update these descriptions in Vista so they no longer display anything related to the rate?

We don't have the foremen change their craft or class. The only time that would be changed is when the payroll processor needs to do it for something specific, otherwise their craft/class stays the same. She is the only one who ever changes that though.

The text we are displaying here on the app is coming from the Craft / Class descriptions in Vista. Do you allow the foremen to change the craft or class in the mobile app? Do they need to see the craft or class listed?
