In some cases, the attachments that need to be tracked with the training include other employee's details, such as training 'sign in sheets. Not good to allow all users access to signin sheets, especially with some of the details that appear on them. So either an option on the "add training" page to check a box next to attachment with verbiage like "hide from trainee" where it can only be used when needed, or maybe a UD field mapped so it can be a code level settings.

Hi Sam,
If you assign a Secure attachment type to the attachments in Vista that you would like to hide, they should only show up for the individuals that have access to that attachment type in the portal.
Please let me know if this works for you.
Thanks!
