In the Timecard app, you can define Earning Codes for entering amounts (Expenses). In the Grid Timecard, you can attach a receipt to the row. This is not available in the Field Management mobile app.

You can add attachments to standard timecard lines with the "Timecard Attachment Mode" portal setting, but not on the grid timecard.
I don't see the ability to add attachments to Field Management Web Grid Timecard? Am I missing this? It is needed.
