Allow Unsubmit of Checklists

Understood there is potential concern about integrity issues and unsubmit of a checklist by one employee that was previously submitted and signed by another employee, however we definitely need the ability for someone to be able to change status from submitted to unsubmitted.

Example 1, employee submits an Incident Report that we need to send on to the customer.  The Compliance Manager needs to correct typos and add additional details based on investigation before the report is forwarded to the customer.

Example 2, manager submits an Employee Warning Notice.  The HR Manager needs to add details based on interview with the manager and before documentation becomes part of employee's permanent file.

I can give you more examples...

Make some provision for changing checklist status from submitted to unsubmitted, either by the employee who submitted or ideally by the checklist admin.   (originally requested 10/18/2017)

We have a need for this as well. Any updates on this?

I know Checklists are no longer part of core offering, however as a Legacy customer, we are hugely dependent on them. We continue to create new checklist templates to support processes, especially those requiring field collection and workflow. The fact that they can't be unsubmitted is a huge burden on some of these processes. Can you please add an option for Unsubmit?

Please bump this up on the list -- this really needs to be implemented. Very frustrating that an entirely new checklist has to be created, especially on longer checklists.

This needs a bump up on the list - I agree as to the accountability of whoever submitted putting their signature on the form, but what if it was submitted accidentally - or the person needed to make a correction?

    Still a definite need.
