Our HR department wants all employees to annually acknowledge our policies. This is easily done through the document dashboard!
But the notice that the document dashboard emails out is very generic and looks like a bad phishing scam. My IT wants me to edit the email and let employees know that this is a legitimate request. If questions contact HR at xxx-xxx-xxxx.
I am finding that this email is not editable.
It should be!

The original suggestion is to make the reminder notice that does out editable by the portal admin.
We are using the document library properly. But the notice is very generic and many of our users think it is a phishing scam.
Can we edit that reminder notice to tell them what needs to be signed, add our logo, or give us the ability to add a note to the notice?

The document library works for collecting signatures from employees that they have read a specific policy or a company handbook. Here's a link to our help site:
