We had a data issue with employee numbers and passwords in another system and Exec IT Team + Exec HR team requested force password reset on all systems with employee Numbers.
If nothing else, we should have the ability to shut down the HFF Portal until CS Team can run the SQL plug to force password reset.
Customer Service response time on my Critical Case of 8+ hours (and still waiting) is not adequate in this situation.
