we have 26 offices and it would be nice for an admin to have the ability to change the hiring location and hiring profile if an employee picks the wrong one because they are NOT paying attention. The only way to currently do this is to delete the onboarding items and have the user re-do his onboarding with the right location and profile.

This is a concern for us as well. We don't always have an email to send an invite to, so they are directed to the portal. If they don't pay attention to the Hiring Location and just hit enter, their information goes to the location that starts with A. If we could just change Hiring Location to redirect to the right team, it would save so much frustration on our labor coordinator's part. I've had this requested internally multiple times.
For office people, we use the invitation process. For field, most start at the portal. When the wrong location is selected, it causes so much confusion with their profile going to the wrong team. It would be so helpful if we could change the hiring location to at least get it to the right location.

Everyone goes to the portal , we do not invite anyone as far as I know. The new hires are entirely hired in the field and many employees are not technology savvy and ready with their email to fill out their onboarding. In general we provide the device they onboard with.
we don't use the invitation process because usually we don't know the name of the person the union is sending us until the day they show up. it is easier for us to hand them an iPad and go through the Portal Login.

I am having new hires onboard under the first job they see for a hiring location and the supervisors who hire them cannot access paperwork.
