It would be great to have the ability to add attachments to the employees HR record, maybe on a custom tab within the HR form, that would then display that document on the portal for the employees. Example: As a company, we recieve statements, from an outside vendor, related to retire accounts for our employees, which in turn we then pass on to the employees. It would be very convienent if we could just attach these pdf's to their HR record and have them displayed in the portal for the employees.

This suggestion would be helpful for our employees, and would save our company time processing this type of information. We would be able to receive and store personalized documents for the employees and display them on the portal when the information is not generated from within Vista.

  This would be helpful for us as well. We would like to get employee specific documents out to the employee like the garnishment letters that we need to send out to the employees when we receive orders.

  It would be helpful to be able to send a announcement or document form to an individual employee versus an entire group.  A one on one communication path.
