Since we do not have the Inventory module, we have a piece of equipment labeled Inventory. Some equipment type line items have more than one GL account. When we use those types in the HFF portal there is no place to enter one of the GL accounts so it transfers a blank to Vista. Then we have to enter it manually in AP Unapproved Invoice Entry.
