During testing with a client, we found that it was difficult to check the status of a Performance Review when multiple reviews were assigned at once to a single employee. We discussed how this is not typical, but the Performance Review Dashboard only shows the most recently assigned Performance Review per employee and we were only able to see what other reviews had been assigned by purging the one that was visible to us. Also, under Employee Tools > Performance, the employee could see multiple reviews had been assigned but is only able to use the blue link at the top of the page to work on the most recently assigned review instead of allowing them to choose which review to enter values for. I believe that this is just portal behavior that needs updated so that A) all assigned and open reviews are visible in the dashboard and B) an employee can click on the review itself (instead of the link) to enter values.
