We want to be able to have a work flow in front of a benefits selection window where we can require an EE to process various documents or forms before they can select their benefits.
Examples might include:
- a custom data form (like the forms in On Boarding where i can capture a data response and then use it to determine what benefits selection to display - I have dynamic benefit groups). The point here is I want to collect actual data responses not just a signature.
- Sign a Document in the document library on say company policies
- Acknowledge some other document in the library
There seems to be no way to force an EE to do these other actions as part of selecting their benefits in an open window.
I know Yesterday isn't a popular time frame for the developers, but this seems to me to be basic functionality unless there is a better way to do what i 'm asking for.
