Currently I have to initialize each performance review for each individual employee one at a time. It would be very beneficial if I could select all of the employees names that need a review at that time and initialize them in one group.
How it works right now is if I select multiple employee names during the initialize reviews stage the reviews for all of those selected employees go to all of the managers for those employees, not just each employees manager individually. This causes confusion among managers when they see they have multiple reviews for employees that dont report to them instead of only seeing the one employee they actually need to complete a review for.

This sounds like a bug or a setup issue. Have you discussed this behavior with our support team yet? If not, can you create a case for this on our customer portal?
Expected behavior is that each manager is notified only for their own employees.
