As a General Contractor, we have many phases that should never get labor coded to them by our field guys. We have a lot of phases that are there for subcontract work. We also have General Conditions type phases like Insurance, bonds, etc. that we don't even allow to have labor cost type associated with it within Vista, but yet shows up on the portal for guys to accidentally code time to. FieldTime had checkboxes within their admin area to simply uncheck and guys couldn't put time to that specific job or phase and that was really nice to have to limit confusion and options for our guys.

Josh- we were able to do this through vista in UD lookups and it works great. A little complicated to try yourself, if you reach out to support they can probably get you going. It's a very helpful feature that I agree should be added as a portal control.
