In the Onboarding module, add social security number to the personal info fields. It can then flow automatically into the I-9 and W-4 to avoid data entry errors.

Not only adding it to the personal information page but being able to use the social security formatting as a response type to have the social security number formatted properly in any other areas that it's requested.
Right now we currently have to use number which allows you to pretty much add any number of digits causing room for error.
For Canada as well. We are failing to use onboarding because of not having this feature.
We would appreciate this for Tax File Numbers in Australia.
