We are using Timesheet Reviewer groups on jobs so PMs have more control over the time charged to jobs.
As it turns out, security seperation between the Timesheet and Invoice reviewer groups does not actually work/exist as expected if the users need to see each others invoices.
If User A needs to be able to see User B's invoices, User A has to be assigned to the HQ Reviewer for User A. But if User B is also assigned to a Timesheet reviewer group, User A will then also be able to see all Job Time for User B.
So, we had to create additional HQ Reviewers and assign them to the Timesheet Reviewer groups so there was seperation between Timesheets and Invoice Reviewer Groups.

If you need to have the setup you described above, you will most likely need to create an invoice HQ Reviewer and a Timesheet HQ Reviewer to keep these permission separated. This can be done with additional setup in Vista.
