The Earnings Compensation report is a great feature, but doesn't appear to be accessible to admins to print or email to the employees. While it is great that the employee can look at their own, it is very difficult to direct them to go look at it. Having the ability to print/email this report for selected employees would be very valuable and actually get more use out of the existing report.
