We would like the ability to drilldown into the personal change request for audit purposes. We need to know who approved the change, the date and what change was made.

For most personal info, we do show the Previous and New Value. Since Direct Deposit account information needs to be a little more secure, this history can only be found on the PR Employees' Notes in Vista. Would you prefer to expose this information on this history page?

No although it does tell me Who and date it doesn’t tell me WHAT was changed. When direct deposit information was changed, there is nothing in the Previous\New value.

When the filter is set to "Addressed" on the Personal Info Approval page, we will show the history of all of the previous Personal Info changes. Does show you all of the information that you need?
