When an employee submits a filled out updated W4 on the employee portal and it is initialized to Vista, all fields should be updated in the Filing Status tab of the HR Resource Master. On the Filing Status tab, the Regular Exempt's and Add'l Exempt's do not update when new W4 forms are initialized to Vista from the portal. Since the W4 was updated in 2020 these fields are no longer used. We are running into issues when we have re-hires filling out new W4 forms. Info is populated to the Misc Amt1 column in the HR Resource Master but the Regular Exempt's and Add'l Exempt's field stay the same from their previously filled out W4. We have to go in and manually delete what the employee had listed from their previously filled out W4.
