Currently the Document Dashboard Document allows for one signature for ALL the attachments. My HR department wants the employee to sign for each policy in the notice. So one signature for each policy/attachment.
Drug Policy - Sign
Harassment Policy - Sign
Violence Policy - Sign
Other Policies - Sign
HR says that they need to document that the employee saw that specific policy and signed it, not just one in a list of policies where someone could miss a page. So for legal reasons they want a signature for each attachment.
So please vote this up so that we get it.

So taking out a separate document for each HR policy is the current option available.
The suggestion is: Can we have one portal document that had four attachments and that will need a signature on each policy? We want it to be like the Onboarding Profile where we were able to build that. One onboarding profile but they can open and sign multiple policies one at at time while they complete the profile.
My HR team can track four documents per employee but they are fighting that. They want to have the employee sign all four pages and track as one project document that turns green when they sign all four policies.
That does not exist per the CHAT in Vista.
Hi Vaughn. We had a similar issue but split up the documents that required a signature on each. Feel free to contact me to show you what we did. - lcannataro@umci.com
We are trying to use it as a tool to document major events (good and bad) and having the employee be able to acknowledge would be ideal.

I suggested that but we have almost 2K employees. They want one notice with four documents with independent signatures on each attachment. They don't want to track and treat it like 8k documents, four documents per employee.
So that is an option but not a popular one with the team.
Hi Vaughn,
If multiple signatures are needed, we would recommend splitting out the PDF you are currently using. That way each employee can sign for each document nd HR can track these signatures independently. Since they will not be able to sign on the actual PDFs, this is the best option. Do you think this will work for your team?
Thanks!
