If a foreman enters time for a crew then they should be able to unsubmit the timecard and make corrections without having to have time entry AND approval permissions.

No, we do not use 'shared templates'...
Are you using the "Shared Templates" setup in the portal?
Yes, we have that checked. I had created a support ticket for this because I thought it was maybe a settings issue. However, support told me this was the intended design. Even with this setting checked the timecard owner (foreman) can unsubmit his own line item but can't unsubmit the timecard with his crew. Support indicated that all of those foreman would have to be given 'Can Enter and Approve' time for their entire crew for this to work. However, we can't give them the ability to enter and approve their own crew -- I don't understand how that would be a good solution. Once hearing back from support on this we decided we needed to create a suggestion.

Are you currently using the "Allow Employees to Unsubmit Their Own Timecard " portal setting? This should allow foremen to unsubmit heir own crew timecards without any issues.
