Any idea on whether adding Crew to the dashboard display for field tickets would be possible?
What we would really need is the Crew to be in the dashboard display. We plan to fully utilize the Crew feature and with so many crews on a single job in a single day having that be displayed in the dashboard would be required to really make the process work.
Submitted By would also be blank if they were not submitted yet. Would you also need to see the Created By value or just the Submitted By?
So you would see the user under the submitted by and if it wasn't submitted then there would be no date?
When there are cases like this where there are going to be so many field tickets for the same day and job we will most likely have an admin to help support the foreman. The admin may start the tickets and the foreman finish/submit or vice versa but we need to be able to distinguish who the owner of the field ticket is through that process.

For jobs that have 20-30 crews and each crew creates a field ticket for the same job/day we need a way to tag the crew leader and then show that in the dashboard so that the reviewers can clearly distinguish between them since the only difference is currently a field ticket number.
