We are needing the AP invoice ITEM memo line to show in the portal when users are going in to review and approve.

Do your reviewers need to see these notes as read-only or do they also need to be editable?

That did provide clarity. The Vista users were not going into the reviewers tab at the line level to see those notes. We do see those coming from the portal.
However, we don't see the Notes from the Vista Line Level in the portal.
AP Invoice Reviewer notes can go to the header, but they always go to the line item level reviewer memo. Which field are you referring to on the invoice line?
Ideally, they would see the memo line with the line item details. Portal users shouldn't be able to change existing memos but can add a comment at the line detail level.
Right now portal users can't see Vista memo notes at the line level and the only notes that a portal user can add are at the header level.

Where on the Invoice Review screen would it make the most sense for your users to see this memo? Would they also need to be able to edit it?
