Allow printing of Annual Documents (W-2s, 1095C's) by PR Group

It would be nice to be able to select a specific payroll group and print all of them as well. Currently I have to put in each employee name or number and hit print which is very time consuming and leads the possibilities of more errors.

    We only have by company right now for W-2's. Would you like to relabel this request to "Allow printing of Annual Documents (W-2s, 1095C's) by PR Group" ?

    Hi Carlton,

    This feature already exists today in the web portal. Are you currently allowing employees to opt in or opt out of paperless delivery?

    If so, you can use the Employee Tools > Paystub Tools page to print the W-2's for all employees that have opted out.
