Currently a user has to go to the Job Requisitions link, then click on the Req Info green button for the position which takes you to the Job Req Detail page to access the Copy Link function to post to External Career Sites. It would be much easier to have it on the main Job Requisitions page as a one step function under Recruiter Actions.
