We would like to see this in two places.
On the timecard approval list that shows multiple employees we would want to see the same icon and dispute notes currently shown on the timecard dashboard.
On the detail timecard approval view (the one we see post selection of an employee) we want to see the dispute comments appear first on that form, before any other details on time worked.

please consider pairing this with other enhancement ideas like KDS-I-1989, KDS-I-919, KDS-I-1887 which also outline increased flexibility for manager access/transparency for timecard management/review in other areas.
