When users attach a .docx file type in expenses, it will not print on the Expense summary report. After approval, the image is only accessible in the Expense Posting Dashboard, which limits it to the Expense admin. The Expense summary report is used as a review tool by other managers and department heads who are not in the approval workflow. It is also used to look back at previous expense submissions and to be complete, the image is needed.
Suggest not allowing .docx to be attached, or at least give a warning not to use that file type.
Also, the article "What file types can I upload in the Portal?" shows .docx can be attached, but doesn't mention it will not be visible in the report viewer.

YES! I just noticed employees attaching .XLSX files and this attaches, but is useless since it's not on the package report. Need a way to restrict file types by HR Management "module". Personally, I would only want .pdf and image files (.jpg .png tc).
