Hi, we have noticed in training the banner message that appears in the grid timecard form when time cards are submitted confuses users. It says "One or more employees are not available for entry because they are locked or have submitted/approved timecard templates."
Users believe this is telling them employees are missing from the grid but I believe the intent is to inform that some employees on the grid are locked because they are submitted or approved. So, a message like "One or more employees in this timecard may not be editable as they have been are manually locked or have submitted/approved timecards." would be more explanatory.

Almost all project staff members that get this message reach out multiple times confused by what this means. The only way for them to tell right now is if the lines change from blue (unsubmitted) to gray (submitted) on the Grid Timecard screen.
I agree. We recently implemented the timecard entry through the HR portal, and the employees are confused with the message. The message makes them concerned that their timecard did not go through.
Agreed...also it would be good if it said something along the lines of "Your time has been submitted. One or more employees....." Some get the message and thing they submitted time previously and are now duplicating it. Or some get it and think the time they just submitted did not go through.
Yes! The current message is very confusing for users.
