Our pay group 1 is salary, pay group 2 is hourly. Therefore, almost all our time cards and approvals are done in pay group 2. Yet, grid time cards and approvals default to pay group 1. It would be more efficient, and make training and usage easier, to allow a default other than pay group 1 to be set either globally or by logon.
