Applicants sometimes have problems submitting their application because required fields might not be filled in, or a field might be in the wrong format, or they didn't push save after they signed the application, etc. It is difficult to assist them over the phone and troubleshoot what the problem might be when they call in to say they are getting errors when submitting their application because we can't see what they have entered.
