In service timecard entry we want to be able to set the a default for Scope Sequence . We can set a default for Pay Type and Cost Type and Earnings code but not Scope Sequence??

Hey Diane, I am so glad you reached out to discuss how timecard entry for service techs can be better. I'm pleased to inform you that there is an awesome new way service technicians can manage work orders and enter time. It is through Vista Field Service. A tech simply selects the work order and can enter time, equipment, inventory, misc, and po against the work order. You of course have portal settings to control each of these functions.
