When approving an expense it would be great to be able to see previous submission to avoid duplication. Currently we have to have Vista open in AP Drilldown to make sure expense submission is not duplicated.

You can add an AP report to the Report Library in the Portal, either the one that comes with the BI module or a custom AP drilldown report. However, to get the attachments is some extra work. I built a portal Job AP drilldown report for a client that allows them to access the attachments as long as they are on the internal network (i.e. connected via VPN). It'd be great to see Viewpoint add AP standard reports and the ability to pull attachments directly through the portal.
