When we are able to add custom tasks/questions into the Hiring Process Builder and Tasks, we would like to be able to add those custom question columns to the Applicant Search and Job Req Applicants grids for easier reporting.

Hello, yes, we have updated all of our templates with the same questions. I'm happy to jump on a call to discuss specifics. There are three fields (questions) that were added to all templates.
Are there any questions that are used across templates? Or would every requisition have distinct questions? Being able to pull in all of them would be incredibly performance heavy, how many questions are your users hoping to see?
