The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment adopted final regulations regarding equal pay transparency under the state's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) on Nov. 10.
These rules go into effect Jan. 1, 2021
Requirement to have Compensation Range Fields from/to for Hourly and Salary amounts.
