To answer your question - I feel the answer is yes because my thought is that regardless of what role you are recruiting for or have access to, any historical information would be relevant. For example - if I was working on a role and had someone disclose during an interview that they would never work for someone of a specific gender, age, orientation, etc, all recruiters would need to see that information should that same applicant apply for multiple roles.

Thanks for adding this suggestion! Would you want all recruiters to see all of the information about an applicant in the history section? Even information from Job Requisitions they don't have access to?
