Currently when an expense is waiting for approval or rejected - an email is sent out to all of those people under my initials in Vista HQ Reviewer. I'd like the notifying email to come from HQ Review Groups instead. the way we use HQ reviewers for Unapproved invoices doesn't work with with this. So we'd have to reinvent the the way we use reviewers and unapproved invoices in Viewpoint.

The expense notifier needs attention, although I'm not sure our needs are the same as Penny's. We DO need especially the rejection notifier to go to someone else besides the cardholder. It used to go to all "approvers" however it seems that changed with the February update. Our field employees do not code and submit their credit card transactions, so we cannot rely on them to handle rejected transactions. Because the expense admin has no way to know what expenses have been rejected - the status returns to unsubmitted - and does not get the rejected notes, she has no way to know what needs to corrected and resubmitted.
Can you please allows some options for reject notifications via a portal setting, so that each company can influence the flow as it suits them best? (Same issue for Timecard rejection notifiers. Will submit separately.)

We love everything about the Expense Module for our PCard but the email notification that goes out. It goes to a list of people that do not need to know about this expense. How can we alter the list of people that get this email hence pull it from Reviewer groups maybe?
