We occasionally give additional holidays or half-days around major holidays. Because it is around other holidays, we may have multiple people who had already requested this time as vacation. It would be great when we designate a holiday that it removes any vacation requests or zeros out the hours.

If we populate and create a holiday group, employees should not be able to select this a leave (PTO) and get charged a PTO day.
