Many of our employees do not have company email so I use Keystyle to send messages to their personal email address in order to avoid having to go through their supervisors. Often I need to include an attachment (a form they need to fill out or a flyer from the insurance company, etc.) and can't do that with this portal.

Yes! We have the same issue, the majority of our employees do not have company emails, so I rely heavily on the Group Message feature. I just posted almost the identical request as yours! This would be great to have.

The Group Message tool is intended for only short messages. If you'd like to send attachments, I'd recommend using the Document Library's feature to send our documents for signature. You can send out reminder emails and then write in the description that they will need to download the form and then return it to HR, etc.
We are also in the design phase of bringing a form builder to HR so these can be assigned to employees and filled out in the web portal. We are hoping to release this sometime next year.
