For clients that have a crew leader enter time for multiple employees in timecard entry, it would be helpful if they could make clock in/out changes that affect all employees for whom they have entered time. An example for why would be if everyone took their breaks or lunch at the same time, a crew leader could quickly plug in that break for all employees at once.

Hi Mark,
Does this also work if Crews are not in use (due to a highly variable weekly crew) and standard clock in/clock out protocols aren't followed? For example, if I don't clock everyone in and out but instead choose to just backfill in the times later in the day, can I say that employees A, B and C all arrived on site at 8:00, took a 30 minute break at 12:00, then worked until 4:30?
Hey Seth,
When using the Time Worked grid, we already have a place to do this. Once you have your crews added and saved to the grid timecard, a clock button should be available in the header. From here the crew leader can bulk add the start and stop times.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
