The Pending PO process works great for the office staff but is terrible for the field on site. The PO requisition works great for the field staff on site but is terrible for the office staff. Can we just combine the two processes to make a win-win situation here?

Thank you for updating the status. Am I understanding correctly that a status change to "shipped" is an upgrade?
Correct - that way, the field can convey the info they need via a PO req and then the PO can still follow an approval process in the office via a pending PO.
