In Manage Personal Information Requests, one can see the approved changes with the old and new information, unless it has an attachment. For example when someone updates or adds direct deposit info, the routing and account number do not show up in Manage Personal Info Requests. Those fields are blank. And you can see that there was an attachment but you can't view what was attached. This becomes a problem if the attachment does not make its way to Vista. Now there is no backup documentation. Or, there is, but reviewers cannot see it after they approve it.

Hey Mark,
Users can view the attachment when they approve the item. That is not the issue. The problem comes if there is a question about the request after it is approved. In this case (and we've seen this a few times before), the image did not attach to Vista after approval. So when Payroll wanted to see what they approved in HR Management, all they see is a section that states there was one attachment. What that attachment was? No clue because there's nothing to click on to see what it was.
I have a case open for this particular instance but I thought it would be a good idea to have the ability to pull up items that were already approved and accepted kind of as an audit trail in case something went wrong.
Hi John,
Your users should be able to view the attachments as long as it's a picture. What kinds of attachments are your users adding?
Thanks!
