Add ability to define the payable type of credit card expenses.

We have a different AP Payable Type for Credit Card Transactions so we can have them go to a different GL Account. Currently we have to manually override every transaction line once the batch is created. Having an option to have it added when the AP Transaction Entry batch is created with be a HUGE timesaver. We have easily will have thousands of lines per month and to manually change the payable type takes forever.
