Currently, it appears the documents kept in the library do not have a specific website address, but are just a document in the library. We would like to send out Emails with links to specific documents in Keystyle, versus sending them the link to the library and then explaining how to get there. Granted we could attach the file to an Email, but ideally we want to push people to the portal to get them to use it more.

If you send the url email out, the employee would still need to login. Is this what you had in mind?
This would be a very helpful improvement. We want to use the Portal as a hub for our company's bulletins, and being able to directly link to a document or company announcement from an email is an important but missing link towards that goal.
