Please add other sorting parameters to the Manage Performance Reviews tab. As the performance review administrator, it isn't easy to find company analytics for a percentage of the employees in the company who have completed the review, employees/managers who need to complete the assessment, without looking in the employee admin tab for employee groups - employees assigned to what manager, and the ability to send reminder emails for employees.
Simple improvements include:
displaying the manager assigned to the review
ability to sort by manager
a tab to help email reminders to the employee/manager to complete the assessment close to the date, after the due date, etc.
better status report with analytics and progress of the company
Currently, suppose I am reporting the company's progress - I'm spending a large amount of time reviewing all of the pages on the Manage Performance Reviews tab, researching the manager assigned to the employee, and calculating the progress myself into percentages or other simple data. It needs an extensive redesign because there is little to no benefit to using it for companies who do a company-wide review.

Yes! And ability to sort by department so if you have 40 positions you can view by department.
It would be very beneficial to be able to send reminders that managers and employees have not completed the review yet. I've also been an advocate for being able to send out more than one review at a time instead of having to initiate them each individually which takes a very long time.
