Currently there is no option to add validation to fields within Financial Controls.
For example; you cannot add validation to notify the user if they have entered an incorrect Unit of Measure - It will Default to LS based on the configuration in Vista and the user needs to update it to LSU but they often don't because nothing prompts them to.
Having the ability to add validation or even an information message on the 'New Pending Purchase Order' page would be nice to have.
