We need a portal accessible report/dashboard where a foreman can review clock in/out data by day prior to employee submitting timecard, this will allow our Foreman to monitor who has/has not clocked in for the day.

Hello Mark, our employees are generally clocking in INDIVIDUALLY to an iPad device setup in Kiosk Mode, if that is not available they use a personal device via the Portal. They use the standard Timecard and "submit" at week end, the Foreman uses Job Time Approval to review/adjust coding etc...
