Add a Priority Button to Daily Reports

Add an optional "Priority" button to the first page of the Daily Reports indicating the report contains substantial information.  Ideally, this "flag" will also be reflected in the grid as a check mark or color coding that particular days log in the PM Daily Log module of Vista drawing attention to it.

This idea would flag any daily report with information that was out of the norm. We can do this internally on Vista with a UD field, but we would have to be notified by the foreman whenever this happens as of now. Even if there was a button that marked a log as 'priority' (out of the norm) and emailed certain people (PM, office staff, etc) we could designate the field in Vista.
