It would be great to have a manager dashboard. This would allow a manager to see certain items in an employee's HR Resource Master info. It would include Emergency Contacts, Address, Phone, Discipline, Rewards, Salary History, etc. It would also be nice to be able to include/exclude sections with checkboxes in the admin settings.

I also suggested a dashboard with employee profile - permissions level based access. pulling data straight from the existing data table. should no be too difficult.
Similar in nature, but slightly different perspective on this topic. We would like a customizable dashboard to allow for visibility across all platforms (Vista, Keystyle, Team). Along the lines of a BI dashboard. Given it would be customizable (maybe widget style?), this would allow us to tailor the information necessary by role.
The manager dashboard should be a landing page where links are provided to various areas of the system that offered filtered views of the employees they are setup to approve/manage. Right now, a manager has to independently go into various areas of the system and manually select individual employees to see their data.
I think if there was a place where they could just select the employee and then for that employee, see all details like emergency contacts, discipline, salary history, timecard activity and time off it would be a good start.
As a first pass, I think improving the selection tools and summary reporting for time off and time card reporting would be a good start.
When you are ready, Troy would love to participate in a focus group to map this feature out in greater detail

I'm glad to say we just added the option for managers to see their employees emergency contacts :)
This Manager view would be quite detailed and extensive so I'd like to get additional feedback from the Viewpoint community before reviewing it with our team.
