We currently use Okta for our SSO solution for Keystyle/HFF and the user is linked to their PR Record via a custom field for their Windows AD name. This is fine for folks who have AD accounts but not for the swath of people who don't and won't.
We can add non-AD folks to Okta and get them into Keystyle but there's nothing linking that to their PREH record. So it's a bit of a dead end.
Couldn't a field be added to capture their Okta ID that could work similar to the Windows AD field for this purpose? Please??

If we supported the Okta ID, could you transition all of your users to use that ID instead of the Windows ID?

We are currently working to move field time capture to the Grid Timecard and have some pain around how to collect parking expenses from field employees (iron workers esp) getting these folks access would be ease that pain, not to mention the day to day updates of addresses, requests for paystubs or W4s, etc.
